Weaving Dreams with Décor
Upon arrival, guests were transported to a vibrant Bollywood dreamscape in the welcome reception area. Custom-printed walls adorned with iconic movie posters, designed by Om Creatives, set the stage for a night of celebration. Live instrumental music and Indian street food carts overflowing with delicious canapés completed the immersive experience.
A seamless transition awaited guests as they entered the main ballroom. Stud walls, adorned with custom prints, transformed the space into a majestic Indian palace. Elaborate centerpieces, echoing the royal theme, complemented the array of main course dishes served by Ragasaan, a renowned Indian caterer. To add a final touch of thematic elegance, CakesbySejal provided a beautiful bespoke cake that perfectly complemented the overall ambience of the evening.
Setting the Mood with AV & Lighting
To complement the stunning décor, we worked with Pioneer AV to create a dynamic lighting scheme that perfectly matched the event’s mood. Large LED screens strategically placed throughout the venue showcased a heartfelt video chronicling the couple’s love story, created by our in-house team and visuals that complemented the music throughout the evening.

Entertainment at Its Finest
The entertainment lineup ensured guests remained captivated throughout the evening. A red-carpet magic mirror photo booth by The Best Magic Mirrors Mayfair with themed props provided a fun way to capture memories. Guy Parker Magic wowed guests at the welcome reception, while professional toastmaster, Andrew Bignal ensured the event flowed smoothly.
As the night progressed into the main ballroom, captivating dance performances by K-Spark Dancers blended Bollywood flair with royal tradition. Bhavik Haria and his band filled the room with soulful Bhajans, followed by a high-energy set of Bollywood classics performed by KayKay & Co. DJ Raj from Nuchna Roadshow then took over, ensuring everyone hit the dance floor.
